Description
Indications for use: Prevention and treatment of acute gouty arthritis. Composition: Chemical formula: N-(5, 6, 7, 9 - tetrahydrocannabinol -1, 2, 3, 10-methoxy-9-hydroxy-benzofuran[a]heptalene-7-radical) acetamide Molecular formula: C22H25NO6. Molecular weight: 399.44. Directions for use: for oral use, acute stage: adults – 1) 1 mg 3 times a day, the amount can be reduced as symptoms weaken; or 2) 0.5-1.0 mg every 2 hours until symptoms subside or diarrhea or nausea occurs. It is not allowed to take more than 6 mg per day; the drug cannot be taken continuously for 48 hours. Then take 0.5-1.5 mg per day in increments for 7-14 days. Contraindications: patients with bone marrow hyperplasia and hypoplasia, as well as liver and kidney failure, are prohibited from using this drug; use during pregnancy and breastfeeding: this drug can lead to genetic pathologies. Slowing down of bone marrow activity: it is possible to reduce the level of platelets and neutrophil cells up to aregenerative anemia. In rare cases, there may be a danger to life. Shock: manifests itself in oliguria, hematuria, convulsions and disturbance of consciousness. High mortality rate, often in older people. Phlebitis, cellulitis: often observed at the site of intravenous injection. Teratogenic effect: in the literature there are 2 examples of the development of Down syndrome in children whose fathers took this drug for the treatment of hereditary brucellosis.
